Rationale
Following on from Covid 19 and the subsequent lock down, Notre Dame received funding to support catch-up within the school. The school decided the fund would be spent in subject areas to support remote learning provision across both key stages. The following resources were purchased to ensure pupils were able to make their expected progress: study guides for exam texts, English Literature novels and plays, text books, dictionaries and thesauruses, computer software and equipment for PE, Food Technology, Textiles, Music and Art. The effect of this expenditure on the educational attainment of those pupils at the school was assessed by closely tracking the pupils' progress at various stages of the year, including mock exams and internal assessments, and using intervention where necessary.
